This is an intact 1945 from The New York Central Railroad Mutual Relief Association. It has tear off pages at the bottom, showing the previous, current and next month, as well as moon cycles. It has a green background with brown accents. On the back is a return address and a mailing label. It is in very good condition for its age. All months are intact. The only flaw I see is some missing pigment on the child's face.

There is an adorable illustration of a small child in a red, white and green outfit, reaching for a single candle on a birthday cake.
