Graziano Vintage Equestrian Charm Necklace

This necklace is made of a heavy link chain which has    charms: shield shape with a fleur de lis, a horse with a flowing mane, a key, a round button, a fleur de lis, a horse head in a circle, a riding boot, a small button, an envelope with a round seal on the back and letting on the front, a horse shoe, a horse head with bridle, a shield with a crown inside of a circle, a wishbone with a four leaf clover, a round with a horse head on a black background under glass, a wishbone with key and hearts, and a four leaf clover, there is one charm I can’t identify yet, it looks like a detailed baseball bat. 

It has a lobster clasp and a round medallion with Graziano in capital letters on a raised oval. The necklace measures 17.5” long and 5 oz by itself.
