Fashions of the Hour, Christmas 1948: Gifts from Marshall Fields

Fashions of the Hour was a magazine for Marshall Fields & Company customers which was published six times a year, beginning in 1914 and ending in 1978.  This particular issue is Christmas ideas from Marshall Field s & Company,  the legendary Chicago based department store. There's something for each member of the family: dollhouses, dresses, clocks, Steuben Glass; items for children, for Her, for Him, for the home, "Little Things". Even Santa Claus gets involved! There's an order form, and a section in the middle about shipping charges, customer service, credit cards and so on. It is softbound, well illustrated with black and white photos, and has 56 pages. Condition is expected for the age and nature of the item.
