Vintage Ornate Brooch with Glittering Red Center

This beautiful brooch reminds me of one a royal personage would wear on a sash as a member of The Order of Pedigreed Estate Owners or some such. It has also reminded me for years of a piece by ART. It is made of antiqued gold tone metal, set with tiny faux  turquoise and pearls, with a large faceted oval ruby red stone in the center. The reverse is nicely worked as well. It is layered and three dimensional, measuring about 1 3/4" in each direction. I see some white on the reverse, everything else is perfection.
