Cover photo and story: the World's Fair held in New York City, with photos by Henri Dauman, George Silk and Howard Sochurek, including a view of the city from a  blimp. The fair had a massive amount of displays, with featured areas of how the world used to work and how people thought it would work in the future. The issue also has a feature on past World's Fairs. There are photos of young Jordanian King Hussein at a Texas horse farm; see Harvey Oswald' widow Marina attends her baby's christening; a boy survives an unexpected 3000 foot hot air balloon ride; Sargent Shriver; Shakespeare at 400: part 2, showing  Sir Laurence Olivier, the pre-eminent Shakespearean, with photos by Roddy McDowall. Kentucky Derby fashions, views of a fly's tongue from an electron microscope.

This is an authentic, original vintage item. Based on a visual inspection of the cover, it is in Good to Very Good vintage condition with wear consistent with its age:
  • Mailing Label: Clean cover with no mailing label attached, which is highly desirable for collectors and framing.
  • Front Cover: Shows moderate spine stress lines, minor horizontal creasing near the left edge, and light surface scuffing common for glossy paper of this era. Colors remain bright and saturated.
  • Edges & Corners: Light shelf wear and soft bumping on the corners
  • Interior: Complete and intact pages. (Note: Interior pages have not been individually graded for minor interior handling
