This is a wonderfully made vintage black brooch pin with a large teardrop stone in the center surrounded by round and smaller teardrop stones, set in black metal. It measures 2 1/4" and signed "ART" I believe. I can see the "A" but not make out the rest. It is in condition appropriate to its age, well made and heavy.
