This is a wonderful brooch made of vibrant greens and blue rhinestones in round and marquise shapes set in blackened metal. It is layered and really catches the eye! I believe it is unsigned Juliana due to the layering and the figure 8s on the back. It measures 2" across and is in very good condition.
