Nine panels of emerald cut baby blue rhinestones are accented with tiny white faux pearls. The back is so beautiful that it could be worn reversed. There is a spring clasp and a chain to hook it to, with a round imitation pearl at the end. Condition is some finish discoloration metal surrounding pearl clasp, and 10 1/4" as the longest length.
