This is a twin to a darker blue Lisner Brooch, with lighter and more understated shades of blue. It is set with marquise and chaton stones, some with iridescent coating. there is a large teardrop stone at the bottom. It's set in silver tone metal, and measures 2 1/2" long, very good condition.
