This is a magnificent vintage Maltese cross necklace pendant or brooch, set with with lapis lazuli glass cabochons and tiny round blue rhinestones and opaque green cabochons.There are a few missing green stones, but hardly detectable. It is slightly domed and layered, measuring 2.5" inches in length. It gives the wearer a feel for luxury and opulence.
